Last year the man on the tip of everyones ton had to be Trentemoeller. Deservedly so, dude is sick and his album the last resort showed he had more than just a penchant for club killers like that Royksopp remix you all know.
So who looks like the heir to that warm, techno-ey, makes you feel fuzzy inside, electro throne.... Without a doubt its gotta be the DeadMau5.
Another computer geek turned music illustrio the 27 year old hailing from Toronto was first discovered through his tune 'Faxing Berlin' sent Pete Tongs way.
He seems to drop alot of sick tunes and when he plays live he wears the most jokes mask imaginable.
And the name? A mouse died in his computer, so he named himself after it (and for IRC the deadmouse didnt fit). Listen, cause dude's sick...

not a fan for loads of reasons; to be honest it sounds like sort of boring house music that id expect to hear at a club that i wouldnt want to go to; for a track that doesnt go anywhere it goes on far too long; the beats are boring and the sounds used are pretty standard. i cant think of anything it might inspire beyond some bad dancing...
danny im rereading what i wrote and it sounds pretty harsh! music is personal; when its something you love you can take it to heart. maybe thats not your way but i apologise if ive offended :)
